I'm the host at River View Homestay and a proud resident of the beautiful Kumaon hills. Growing up surrounded by rivers, forests, orchards, and mountain life has given me a deep connection to this place, and I love sharing that experience with visitors from around the world.
My goal is to make your stay comfortable, memorable, and filled with authentic experiences that showcase the true beauty and culture of our region. I look forward to welcoming you and helping you create wonderful memories in the heart of Kumaon.

A very old temple of Lord Shiva carved inside a cave
This is a very old temple built inside a natural cave on the hill. It is lit by warm oil lamps and feels very peaceful. People love to visit this place because of its quiet and calm environment.

A short walk through the forest takes you to a clean and cool river pool. The water is fresh, and the rocks are warm from the sun. It is a great place to sit, relax, and splash in the water during the day.

A walk through our beautiful village
Walk through the small paths of our village and see how the mountain people live. You can see farm fields, old stone houses, and meet local people. It is a nice way to enjoy the simple and peaceful life in the hills.

Mountain roads are beautiful but narrow. You can reach easily with any car, but an SUV makes the drive even more comfortable.
